All of our products are made with Industrialized hemp.

As long as there is less than .3% THC per dose, they are not considered usable Marijuana, and therefore you do not need a state issued medical card.

Most states have some sort of laws regarding hemp products, however not all of them do.  If you are in one of these states, we cannot process an order for shipment.  States that we cannot ship to are: Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin.

  1. Is the CBD oil legal?  Hemp oil and other hemp products are considered to be food-based by the FDA. As such, there are no restrictions on the production, sale and consumption of hemp oil in the United States. Hemp oil is legal in over 40 different countries and the number of hemp oil consumers is constantly on the rise with more and more studies showing the benefits of hemp oil.
  2. Do I get high from CBD in the hemp oil?  No, hemp oil contains mainly CBD, a compound which does not make the consumer feel high. Instead, hemp oil helps the consumer keep a clear mind and maintain an active lifestyle.  Hemp oil will not get you “high” and you can maintain a clear mind and active life-style!
  3. Will CBD oil help me with my illness?  It is recommended that you conduct your own research using resources such as PubMed.  These statements have not been evaluated  by the FDA.
  4. How is hemp different than marijuana?  Unlike marijuana, hemp contains very low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the compound in marijuana responsible for making a person feel high.
